Managing Mobile Tickets
Managing your Skyhawks Tickets
If you are having issues and/or purchased your tickets from Ticketmaster, please visit ticketmaster.com for assistance.
All tickets for Skyhawks games are Mobile Only and can be managed on the Atlanta Hawks Account Manager or Mobile App. See below two ways to manage your tickets:
Account Manager
Step 1. Visit am.ticketmaster.com/hawks
Step 2. Log in using the same email address associated with your Skyhawks tickets.
Step 3. If you have not logged in to Hawks Account Manager before, select “Forgot Password” and follow the prompts to activate
your account.
Directly Through the App
Step 1. Download the Atlanta Hawks & State Farm Arena App on your mobile device.
Step 2. Click on TICKETS, located on the bottom banner.
Step 3. Then navigate and click on 'My Tickets' at the top
Step 4. Click 'Sign in to Hawks' and use the same email address associated with your Skyhawks tickets.
Step 5. If you have not logged in to the Hawks app before select “Forgot Password” to and follow the prompts to activate your
account.
