College Park Skyhawks Announce Opening Night Roster

Team Begins Season on the Road at Raptors 905 on Sunday, Nov. 12th

COLLEGE PARK, Ga. – The College Park Skyhawks today announced the team’s opening night roster, which includes three players that played for the Skyhawks during the 2022-23 season: Tyson Etienne, Hawks two-way guard Trent Forrest, and Chris Silva. 

The Skyhawks begin their regular season on Sunday, Nov. 12 with a trip to Toronto to take on the Raptors 905 for a two-game set. The teams will match up at 2 p.m. ET on Nov. 12, with the rematch set for 7 p.m. ET on Nov. 14. 

Forrest is joined by fellow Hawks two-way players Seth Lundy and Miles Norris. Lundy was selected by the Hawks with the 46th overall pick in the 2023 NBA Draft, while Norris signed a two-way contract with the Hawks in July after going undrafted. 

Silva also possesses NBA experience, having played in 70 total games for the Miami Heat, Sacramento Kings, Minnesota Timberwolves, and Dallas Mavericks. Keaton Wallace signed a two-way contract with the Los Angeles Clippers in February 2023, but did not appear in any games for the NBA club.

The Skyhawks will welcome fans back to the Gateway Center Arena on Saturday, Nov. 18 and Sunday, Nov. 19 against the Capital City Go-Go for back-to-back games. The home opener is set to tip at 6 p.m. on Saturday, with the conclusion of the series tipping off at 2 p.m. on Sunday.
