COVID-19 Health and Safety Protocols

The College Park Skyhawks & Gateway Center Arena maintain that the health and safety of our fans, players, partners, and staff is our top priority. We will continue to work closely with local and state health officials, infectious disease specialists, event organizers and the NBA for best practices to avoid the spread of COVID-19.

Face Coverings

  • Fans in screening areas upon entry of Gateway Center Arena will be encouraged to wear face coverings that cover the nose and mouth.
  • Courtside guests sitting in sections AA, CT and DD will be required to wear face coverings that cover the nose and mouth other than when eating or drinking.
  • Face coverings are encouraged throughout the arena while not actively eating or drinking.
  • Children under 2 years of age will not require a face covering.

Courtside Safety Precautions

  • All courtside guests sitting in sections AA, CT and DD will require a proof of vaccination or negative COVID-19 test taken within 48 hours of tipoff.
  • Staff on site will be ready to check your vaccination card or negative test result and help you enter Gateway Center Arena.
  • Please be prepared to show your physical COVID-19 Vaccination Record Card or negative COVID-19 test result or a digital copy/photo of your card/result before entering the venue.
  • Face coverings that cover the nose and mouth are required other than when eating or drinking.

Cashless Environment

  • Gateway Center Arena is a CASHLESS environment. Card payment will be required at all parking, ticket, food & beverage and retail locations. We suggest contactless payments such as tap to pay or contactless Chase cards.

Clear Bag Policy, Contactless Entry & Screening
